Thanks to Rodney and the staff at Wing EyeCare Liberty Township for making a series of laboratory missteps easier to handle. They gave me a loner pair of glasses and went above and beyond in making sure I got what I needed. Excellent customer service!
All of the employees there were friendly and helpful. Julie assisted me in the selection of my new glasses. We just moved here from the D.C. area and chose Wing Eye Care because they work with our insurance and they're close to home. My 10 year old needed his annual eye exam and also wanted to try contact lenses. They were very polite, professional and patient with him and he was able to get them in and out in no time. They made us both feel very relaxed and we're so pleased to have found a great practice to come to for our eye care needs. Thank you!
My daughter (11 years old) and I had our first appointments together at Wing Eyecare last week. This was the first eye exam for my daughter. Dr. Hartman and Julie were personable, thorough and knowledgeable. Both of us were getting contacts for the first time, and Julie spent over an hour with my daughter patiently teaching her how to put them in. She was not able to get them in, but Julie was so encouraging that she is looking forward to going back in a week to try again. Really good experience and would highly recommend.
