I like MyDrEye, although outside my insurance network they have taken good care of my eyes for some years. I scheduled online with my normal Dr but it was too far out, rescheduled here. Initailly they were a bit reblockish to open communitcation and listening. I received pushback, but it became easier when they allowed me to speak and they understood, heard me and became attentive to my care needs. LOOK NO FURTHER! I have used this location twice this year. I would not go anywhere else. I asked for Theresa and always get excellent service. She is patient and I do not feel rushed to make a decision. She explains cost and benefits clearly. I had a problem at another location and she took care of the issue herself without me having to get further involved. Customer Service at this location is above and beyond.
I have been a MyEyeDr. patient for more than 10 years at another location, but because I couldn't get an appointment there, I decided to try this office. My experience started well. Dr. Coats was excellent, and the staff assisting with my exam and glasses were professional and helpful. Unfortunately, the experience changed completely during checkout.
