I made an online appointment and learned when I arrived that the appointment was virtual. (That wasn’t specified when scheduling the appointment). I was hesitant at first but decided to go ahead with the virtual appointment. What a mistake that was!!! Took 90 minutes to complete. They were learning a new system (which should be done on THEIR time, not the patients). Front desk and Tech staff were wonderful! So kind and helpful! KATHERINE JOHNSON COATS, OD felt very rushed during my appointment. No customer connection at all, felt like i was talking to a robot who only wanted to complete the job and not listen to anything i had to say. If there was another doctor i would book with them but it seems she’s the only one. Would not schedule an appointment here again. Only returning to pick up my glasses. 5 stars to the front desk and tech staff!! 1 star to Katherine.
Great experience here! Everyone from the staff, to the doctor, to the GM is welcoming, friendly, helpful, and full of good energy. The process was quick and seamless.
