Horrible experience and won’t be coming back. Signed up for an appt online with “any doctor available”, show up and they say I’ve signed up for a virtual doctor. No. No where online did it say virtual appt. Also bc it’s virtual you need to pay more for digital pictures to send the doctor so they can see your eye. Like $200. Santos helped me out with my Eye exam today , and she was wonderful! I’m naturally nervous about visiting the Dr. due to some poor experiences in the past, but she really helped me feel safe! She explained what all the tests and tools were for, and what the next steps were going to be. I felt really at ease despite my anxiety. She helped me pick glasses that were perfect for me, as well as explain what the additions my Dr. recommended were for. It was a punctual, safe, and educational visit. I’ve been coming to this location for years, and the customer service has always been excellent. Ms. Cherish, in particular, has consistently taken care of me and made each visit smooth. She is a true asset to the company you can tell she has a strong work ethic and high standards. As long as she’s here, I’ll continue to do business at this location, and if she ever moves, I’d follow her wherever she goes
