my appointment was at 11am they took me back around 11:20 Dr. Katherine Johnson Coats OD entered my room @ 12:06. this is completely unacceptable and disappointing as i took work off to get this done. Apparently they think money grows on trees. DO NOT GO HERE

My experience as a patient at MyEyeDr located at The Arboretum in Cary, NC, has been nothing less than exceptional. Upon entering the office, I was warmly greeted by the receptionist who welcomed me to MyEyeDr with a smile. She asked me to review and sign my paperwork before taking a seat in the waiting area. Within ten minutes, a technician greeted me with a friendly smile, introduced herself, and escorted me to the testing area. There are so many extremely annoying things about this eye doctor that I had to write a review in the hope of saving someone else the trouble of going there. 1) if you have one eye appt there they will hound you for the rest of your life by email and by text asking you to make another appointment. 2) when you call you get an answering service with the most grating voice that sounds like a teenage preschool teacher talking to a 3 year old. it actually hurt my ears. 3) they have "virtual" appointments but you have to actually ... read more

The doctor was friendly and initially I thought the staff was good but after checking out following my appointment the staff member didn’t order my lenses and no one in the office seemed to care that they screwed up. Treated me like they could find another patient and didn’t need my business. Will take my prescription elsewhere to have it filled and will definitely not be going back to this location.
