I love MyEyeDr and this particular location has become my preference due to the friendly atmosphere as soon as you walk in. The staff are very welcoming. The office is beautiful, neat and clean. I’d like to recognize Dr. Johnson, Monyea, and Cherish. Thank you for being so kind, helpful and professional. I highly recommend and give this business FIVE STARS!!!
2 Stars for the one nice honest lady working there. My son and I got a complete eye exam and glasses. First of all the wait was long from the beginning to the end. The eye exam was done terribly by the doctor with all the cosmetic surgery. She seemed uninterested impatient with my son and due to that our prescription wasn’t accurate. One of the kind employees told us we can get the exam done over and if the prescription is different they will redo our glasses. Terrible customer service. The person I spoke to was not of help at all. I was told that they will give me a call to let me know the status of the eyeglasses I returned. They did not call me the day they said they will and worst is that I have to call them and listen to their unacceptable reasoning. Now, they are claiming nothing is wrong with my eyeglasses. Not to mention, they left an unreasonable part of the screw on my frame which is now taking to much time to be fixed.
Very friendly staff but once I went to pay the tech claimed to have rang up the glasses I picked “just as I had them in previous years” only to find multiple line item up-charges I had never purchased on previous glasses, including a 1 year “warranty” that I was not informed about. The receipt was folded and tucked behind multiple sheets of paper clearly in an attempt to hide the extra charges and get me out the door without noticing. Everyone was super nice. I’ve had not the best experience with eye doctors in general but I felt really comfortable here.
