I am not going to this one on Micosukee. I had broken glasses ( the frame was bent beyond repair) and they only gave me the frame and my warranty covers the entire glasses. I asked about what if my lenses are damaged will i still be given my warranty value that includes the lenses, he didn't know. “WE WELCOME ALL INSURANCES” - The most unprofessional location that does not provide any support to local case managers, providers, or families needing support. I do not recommend this location or company as they have false advertising, POOR customer service, irritable staff, and an overall lack of care. Superb customer service and care. When you enter this space, there’s a long hallway. I didn’t make it two steps in before Lashonda (I’m sorry if I spelled it wrong) greeted me with a warm welcome. Customer service with anticipation is a beautiful thing that so many spaces miss these days. My appointment was rushed and not good. My doctor was more upset that she wasn't in Italy than showing any concern about my questions. She ignored them and kept saying she should be Italy that week. None of my questions were answered and I feel like I did not get a good enough exam on my eyes. Before I could even say which slide was better she would move on to the next thing.
