By far my favorite eye doctor in Tallahassee, Joey was super kind and very patient even though I was taking forever to pick out my frames. He also helped with cleaning my current frames! And doctor Audrey was patient and you can tell she cares for her patient’s wellbeing and vision. Definitely will continue to recommend this location.

Colette made sure that I walked out of there being able to see, I came into the office desperate for contact because my New glasses had broke and my old glasses were 10 years old. I had nothing left, And after speaking with her, not only do I have Contacts ordered for the rest of the year, but I left being able to see. To people that may be just a small gesture, but to the people who cannot see.. It meant everything to me. The world needs more people like her. Always accommodating, especially in urgent situations such as eye abrasions, etc. Polite, efficient office staff. Extremely professional optometrist and person working in eyeglass section.

I made an appointment online and had to cancel due to a hurricane. A few weeks later a gentleman from here called me to reschedule. I said sure. I would like an exam for glasses and contacts. So my appointment (which I confirmed via text yesterday) was today at 1:20 pm. I arrived at 1:30 pm due to traffic. Upon arrival, I apologized for my tardiness. And it went downhill.
