Superb customer service and care. When you enter this space, there’s a long hallway. I didn’t make it two steps in before Lashonda (I’m sorry if I spelled it wrong) greeted me with a warm welcome. Customer service with anticipation is a beautiful thing that so many spaces miss these days. When I reached the counter she greeted me with a smile, verified I had an appointment, and reached over to grab a file with documentation to be completed that had my name typed on each page. My appointment was rushed and not good. My doctor was more upset that she wasn't in Italy than showing any concern about my questions. She ignored them and kept saying she should be Italy that week. None of my questions were answered and I feel like I did not get a good enough exam on my eyes. Before I could even say which slide was better she would move on to the next thing. My walking out was a message. I told the doctor, straight away, that I would not be buying glasses there. She insisted I sit down with the glasses salesperson. I said again,twice, I did not want glasses. I just came for the exam. I was told that it would be 38$. Ok, np. It was free in the USA past. Got voicemail said I owed 44$. Wut? Bill me. Also there is not enough parking. The back entrance is a lot of stairs and a big step up to door. There is a big sign that says Patent Entrance and I didn't find the ramp in front.
