Shelby was excellent! She was very patient with my 10yr old on both visits for contact fitting. It was very challenging and she did a great job coaching him and encouraging him through the process.
i have been going to this location for a long time but the quality has went someplace else. after 3 remakes glass's still not correct ask for a refund and will go else where.
Get slower all the time glasses had issues again this year did last year also remake so over a month it looks like.

This office is very professional all of the workers from Rachael, Pepper, Alyssa,and Dr. Kingsoliver were very helpful and explained everything that was going on with my visit and I will , be returning and would recommend everybody to use there services. Great Job ladies.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! I worked with Rachel, Dr. Kingsolver, and Linda Sunday, and I couldn't be more impressed by each one of them - So knowledgable, professional, patient and NICE! Also, that machine that takes a picture of the back of your eye is amazing! They used all kinds of machines I've never seen before. 3 times now was told my contacts will be ready. Get there it's nothing less than 30 min wait then never do have the contacts for one told they would have held for me. Then have to order them when you live 45 mins out that's Acceptable. They don't care or do anything for your aggravation.

Have been a patient of Dr. Keiser for years and Have had Linda for yrs also fitting and helping me with my contacts Soooo glad she returned. All the Staff is awesome. Have referred my family and some go there also and say the same.
