Lower the prices a little bit
Initially had a problem with the glasses I purchased. Customer services fixed and I even got reimbursed. Will be back because of customer service recovery.
Purchased eye glasses over a month ago. Can not get an answer or a returned call. Do not go here for glasses go to a lens crafters
Very high prices and TERRIBLE customer service. Will never shop there again. 😡

Everyone at the store in Beechmont went above and beyond. Ashley at the desk welcomed me with an attitude I knew I would have a positive experience. Lynda was sensitive to my budget challenge and worked to find options that fit nicely. Both money but how I looked. She didn't have to go to the effort she did. I thank her for it. I had a wonderful experience and will recommend them to my friends and family.
I was nervous about going to have an eye exam after not having one for 10+ years, but Wing Eyecare changed my nervousness into a very warm welcome. They explained everything going on and were extremly helpful in all areas!
