Dr. McDuffie is absolutely perfect! She’s so knowledgeable and skilled. I walked in unsure of what was causing my double vision and she took her time to find the solution. I highly recommend her services if you chose the Knightdale location!
THIS IS THE WORST EYE PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! THE FIRST TIME MY DAUGHTER WAS GIVEN THE WRONG GLASSES, THEN THE NEXT TIME SHE WAS GIVEN GLASSES WITH NO LENSES!! Never got a apology
This is my 2nd year seeing Dr. McDuffie. She is thorough, knowledgeable, and the entire staff is kind and professional. I would definitely recommend Dr. McDuffie and this location.
My eye doctor is great, but this place is a cluster. Everytime I wait at least 30 minutes past my appointment time before being called back. Than have to wait 15 minutes to check out. It really is a horrible experience!
I visited this location last week for an eye exam to get contacts. I was initially helped by Liz, who was very kind and knowledgeable. She provided answers to all my questions and seemed very genuine. I was then introduced to Dr. Liao, who was very patient and thorough. She took me through a series of tests and was able to give me answers that made sense to all my questions and concerns. All of the hand-offs to people who assisted me were pleasant and I overall enjoyed my visit. I will be back in the future.
