I was recently referred to this location due to insurance purposes. Entering the front desk was very courtesy and I was met with smiling faces. Into my visit I met Dr. Wiggins and her assistant Katelyn. Dr. Wiggins took her time and answered every question I could ask. She didn't only explain but also took extra time to EDUCATE. Do not waste your time coming here. Poor customer service, not accommodating. I had an appointment, 4/28 at 2:30 PM. Was scheduled to arrive at 2:28 PM. For whatever reason, Knightdale Blvd was being repaved in the middle of the day, causing traffic 15+ minute traffic. If you understand the schematics of this road, you have traffic at all times, but also lanes merging from other major highways. Therefore, 2 lanes being down, will cause significant traffic. Had an eye appointment this morning and it was one of the most thorough eye exam’s i’ve ever had. Dr. Wiggins is so sweet and kind. She checked over every single thing and i’ve never been so comfortable!! She is very thorough and I’m so glad i went! She answered all of my questions and did my exam so thoroughly! Staff is also very patient and kind. I highly recommend Dr. Wiggins super professional!!!
Dr. McDuffie is absolutely perfect! She’s so knowledgeable and skilled. I walked in unsure of what was causing my double vision and she took her time to find the solution. I highly recommend her services if you chose the Knightdale location!
