I called them last minute as we were passing through this town on a Saturday. They were so kind and patient and said they were fully booked but that we could possibly be squeezed in. We waited about an hour but were eventually seen with the most knowledgeable and kindest doctor, Dr. McDuffie! She made my 8 year old feel calm and reassured. Great experience- would recommend!
The turn over here is insane. I swear the current staff, front desk & assistant DO NOT LIKE THEIR JOBS. Front desk didn't look up not once while talking to me. The assistant didn't clean the equipment before bringing me into the room. How do I know? There was a long piece of hair right on the part I was supposed to place my forehead against. I was recently referred to this location due to insurance purposes. Entering the front desk was very courtesy and I was met with smiling faces. Into my visit I met Dr. Wiggins and her assistant Katelyn. Dr. Wiggins took her time and answered every question I could ask. She didn't only explain but also took extra time to EDUCATE. Do not waste your time coming here. Poor customer service, not accommodating. I had an appointment, 4/28 at 2:30 PM. Was scheduled to arrive at 2:28 PM. For whatever reason, Knightdale Blvd was being repaved in the middle of the day, causing traffic 15+ minute traffic. If you understand the schematics of this road, you have traffic at all times, but also lanes merging from other major highways. Therefore, 2 lanes being down, will cause significant traffic.
