The staff that examined my eyes was very nice and compassionate.

I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this location on January 19, 2026, and will not be returning. Upon checking in, I was given new patient paperwork. While reviewing it, I noticed that one of my insurance plans was missing. I immediately notified the receptionist. She stated she would need to contact the insurance company because I “had not been here in years,” despite the fact that when I scheduled my appointment by phone, I provided all three of my insurance plans at that time.
