I normally don’t write reviews or file complaints, but after having a very disappointing experience with the doctor at the Zebulon MyEyeDr., I felt I needed to speak with someone. This location doesn’t accept Medicaid for children, despite their website stating, “WE ACCEPT ALL INSURANCE.” When I check my insurance, it says, “Good news! MyEyeDr. welcomes MEDICAID patients.” However, it also states, “MEDICAID IS NOT ACCEPTED AT ALL MyEyeDr. locations ONLY ‘certain locations.’” As a company, why not accept all insurances? I had not been to an optometrist in nearly a decade and a half thanks to some less than stellar past experiences and a healthy fear of discovering that my already terrible vision had somehow gotten even worse. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently visited and had an excellent experience thanks to Chloe. She was welcoming, pleasant, and extremely helpful throughout our visit. Chloe was the only staff member we interacted with, and she made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. Five stars for Chloe!
