I came in yesterday to have my contacts reassessed. I had gotten my eye exam and new prescription earlier this year at the New Bern location, but the new brand of contacts wasn’t working well for me, so I made an appointment at the Knightdale location. I had a very positive experience with Dr. Rosemary Liao. I came in because I had been dealing with persistent dry, irritated eyes, and she took the time to actually evaluate the problem instead of brushing it off. She diagnosed severe dry eye and allergies, explained what was going on, and gave me a clear treatment plan for both the inflammation and long-term dry eye management. I normally don’t write reviews or file complaints, but after having a very disappointing experience with the doctor at the Zebulon MyEyeDr., I felt I needed to speak with someone. I called the Knightdale MyEyeDr. around 4:50 on a Friday afternoon and asked to speak with the office manager. As it turned out, Caitlin, the General Manager, answered the phone herself.
