I had an amazing experience here today. Dr. Mak did my exam and was very thorough in explaining everything to me. Beth was super helpful in assisting me in choosing frames that fit my face, style, and educating me on the different types of lens. I loved working with her and really appreciate how kind and wonderful she was!
The significant number of negative reviews is surprising as I’ve never had a bad experience, and I’ve been going in for exams every year for most of my life. So, I feel it’s necessary to add my thoughts. They have a good selection of glasses in a variety of styles and they always fit me well. My prescription feels accurate. DO NOT trust this place! I made a purchase 3 weeks ago, and they asked me to upgrade it and told me, "the glasses will be lighter and thinner". I trusted them and paid extra. After it's ready, I found they were even heavier and thicker than my current one with more charge. I complained and they said to give them one more week to fix it. I went to the store today after they sent me the message "it's ready to pick up", but it's EXACTLY THE SAME as last week. The frames I bought here in September are terrible. They need to be adjusted constantly. They're the Longchamp brand. Every time I get them adjusted they're good for a few hours and then back to being crooked and falling off my face. I've never had this issue before and I've been wearing glasses for decades. Very disappointed. I also had to have the lenses remade several times because I couldn't see well, which took several trips and additional money to fix.
