My family has seen doctors and bought glasses from this location for years and have been very happy with our experiences. For the last couple of years Beth has helped us pick out glasses and check out while also making my LGBTQ+ children feel safe and welcome.
I came in here in the afternoon on my lunch break all I needed was my screw to be tightened on my frames a pretty simple and quick task. I walked in and was greeted by the front desk. Directly behind the front desk is probably the contact lens room where all the employees seemed to be congregating at. They were loud and laughing. Beth was extremely helpful in helping me replace a prescription pair of Costa Zane sunglasses that had crazed in the hot sun. That model was no longer available through Costa but she found a similar model, the Fathom. She was able to use my VSP insurance and get a better deal for me than what Costa was offering directly, even during there 50% off Rx deal and that frame being on sale. From the first visit this place has been so odd 1. Front desk staff are pretty impolite to the point that one of them demanded I sit down while waiting for my appt because it's a requirement of HIPAA that I do so - which is not legally correct at all. 2. They made 2 pairs of glasses for me. Lenses were not properly fitted (edges popping out of the frames), were scratched and filthy. They're remaking them for me, but I've been wearing glasses for years and have never had this issue ever in the past with other service provider... read more
Nice examination carries out but they should let my husband accompany me as I have language barrier.
