No one cleaned the equipment I put my chin and forehead on. Did they do it before I walked in? maybe, who knows, but I need to see it wiped before my eyes, so it makes me feel safer. So, zero stars for that. MyEyeDoctor is the McDonald's of eye care clinics. Their eyeglass selection has the aura of a Dixie cup.

Visited this location for the first time. Was told could not do my exam due to dry eyes. Have never had this issue before or after. Went back a few weeks later, saw a different Dr. and no issues and could not understand why they could not do originally. They charged $230 for nothing that was done and would not waive the charge. This was not covered by my eye insurance since was not considered a regular exam. I feel either this is a scam to generate more $$$ or the Dr. was incompetent.
