Avoid this place. Went in attempting to schedule an end of year appointment and use the remainder of my FSA funds. The scheduler took one look at me and stated that all slots are booked until Jan 2018. I stayed around and browsed frames while I overhear another scheduler conveniently locate not one, but TWO December appointments for another customer. This place is absolutely amazing!! My husband had a horrible contact injury and was seen in the ER, when I called Dr Graff and Dr Webb they immediately opened up the shop on a Sunday just to see that my husband was taken care of!! It was so nice to see that they took the time from their own lives just to make sure he was okay. I give this place 5 stars and more!!!
I love this place. Everyone is extremely friendly! (Also, the frame selection is amazing).
We have been going here for years and they are absolutely the best. Always willing to go above and beyond on customer service and at our last appointment, Dr. Graf let me son perform my exam and work all the controls. He loved it!
