I took my grandson here and it’s pretty clean , but the hispanic woman with the tattoos was very rude and impatient with us . I understand I’m old and slow but I can’t help that . She should have been more understanding and respectful .
I've been with Aurora vision center for 10 years or more. I was even still going there after I moved almost 40 mins away into Lakewood. In 2018 I called to ask if I was due for an eye exam and if my insurance would cover for it. They told me yeah then a month later called and said it wasn't covered and I had to pay out of pocket. I paid some and when 2019 came and my insurance kicked back in I signed for my insurance to pay the remaining 200 dollars. Every time I've gone in, I've been appreciative not only of the kindness of the doctors but also how helpful the other staff were in assisting me with choosing new frames. As we all know, selecting new glasses is a big decision, and you want it to be one that you'll be happy with long term. The woman that helped me gave her honest suggestions and opinions, positive and negative, and as a result, I've been very content with the glasses I have.
Great place for your vision. Love the staff always willing to help.
