I have been a client for over a decade. I called an appointment for my daughter. They canceled my appointment the night before because my online confirmation with their link was not up to their standards yet. They sent it out for me to confirm the appointment online the day before. As such, my daughter now has to wait to be seen and miss more of her school day. The staff at the North Mall Road location is wonderful, especially Gabrielle, and Sandy. Dr. Schleede is the best! She is kind and she listens to her patients, you won’t find a better Optometrist!
