I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

Yes Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
