I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted

Yes How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary

Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes

How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? There is no comparison! Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected Would you recommend this provider to others? Yes Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No. I still haven't talked to them.
