Had some issues due to a lack of communication from the dealer with service after my purchase, but they quickly remedied the problem. Sales staff was friendly and not too pushy
Our salesman Mike M. Was amazing. Chad and Janet as well. They can't make money without the customers. They treated us like family. Walked in picked what we wanted and drove it away in a short time same day. Thank you so much for the new to us truck.
My wife and I went to this dealership to look at a used jeep cherokee with the intention of purchasing a vehicle. We were might at the vehicle by Joe (the salemen). He rushed through showing the vehicle to us. Then he asked if we had preapproval which we did not. After that he didn't even want to work with us. I simply asked what they were asking for it and he wouldn't tell me and said its the cheapest you will find. And just walked away from us in the office. I will not be returning to this dealership ever again.
Today I had Luke Wynbissinger do a oil change on my vehicle he did a great job. He always makes sure my fluids are always full and let me know my tires need to be changed and there is going to be a sale.
Great staff, excellent buying experiance. I had an issue with the truck 3 weeks after purchasing (used) and they took care of it right away at no cost to me. I would highly recommend them. Thanks Chad!
Brian took alot of time to show us many trucks. We left with the best one to haul our 5th wheel. All within a few hours. Thanks Brian and Janet for all of your help!
Chad responded to my emails promptly.. Our sales person Mike Muschitz was one of the best in the business...Answered all our questions and wasn't pushy at all. Between chad, mike and Janet in Finance they worked until they met what we wanted. They never once said it's impossible what we was asking for, they kept at it until it all worked out. Then wrapping it all up in Finance, Janet is really knowledgeable at what she does.... would definitely go back and recommend them to anyone.
