They were very friendly and the weather was s----y (rainy) and we weren't out of car 2 minutes and Jerry approached us. Test drove it and said we have to go to pet supplies in Sandusky and he said we will fill it up and take it and I'm like we r gonna get a sandwich and Jerry is like that's ok so we called him from the Brass Pelican and said start the paper work. We will definitely go back cuz I'm gonna need a truck.

Service department is AWEFUL, twice now, out of the 6 times there in the last month, they have sent truck home with having not done anything. All with appointments! Absolutely intolerable for a business. So much wasted time and gas for careless work! Scratches and bumper put on wrong! Guess it's back again we go!
Just wanted to commend Myers for coming through on the repairs for the vehicle we purchased, it meant a lot that they stood behind their commitment to make everything okay. We realize they weren't fully responsible, but they showed great character in absorbing some of the repair costs. Much appreciated! - Dean
