What an incredible experience. Jack is a lifesaver; he resolved an alignment issue in two minutes that other shops wouldn't even touch without a scheduled appointment. Two other mechanics I visited suggested expensive, time-consuming fixes like rechecking the alternator or investigating compressor noise, but Jack found the real problem and fixed it immediately.
