I’m extremely disappointed with MyCar Booragoon, and I have no option but to give them a single star. My car had a check engine light on, so I took it to MyCar Booragoon. They did an engine scan and told me the EGR was clogged and needed cleaning, quoted $649. I dropped my car off the next day around 10:30 a.m. Later, they called and said it would take another day to clean. I agreed, trusting them as I’ve been their customer for over three years.
