I've always had a great experience with carpet cleaning services. They do a fantastic job, and everything is very organized, from scheduling the appointment to receiving text alerts about when the technician will arrive on the day of service. I would rate this service highly, but the prices are a bit steep! For my small two-bedroom townhouse, just cleaning the main level, stairs, two bedrooms, and a short hallway cost me over $350. They explained the source of my carpet issues, detailed how they would resolve them, and delivered exactly what they promised. I had an excellent experience this week with a carpet cleaning service. The technician arrived right on time, just as promised. I pointed out the areas that needed attention for carpet and upholstery cleaning, and he got straight to work. The carpet, which was installed back in 1989, now looks fantastic! I was amazed that he managed to remove old coffee and grease stains. The sofa also looks wonderful. I will definitely be calling them again soon for tile and grout cleaning as well as duct cleaning.
