Roger, our carpet cleaning technician, was fantastic. He arrived right on time for our scheduled appointment, and I appreciated the email and text reminders, plus a message letting me know he was on the way. Roger checked to see if I preferred him to wear a facemask, and he wore it properly the whole time he was cleaning. We have had our carpets cleaned several times in San Diego, and each visit has been excellent. Camden always pays close attention to every detail, making sure even the smallest spots and pet stains are completely gone. With dogs in our home, accidents happen, and although I try to clean them myself, there are usually some marks left behind. MYC Carpet Care did an amazing job cleaning our carpets and upholstery. Roger and his team were very professional and really knew what they were doing. Their customer service was excellent, and they made sure to follow up after the cleaning. With all the remodeling, a new puppy, and busy holidays, our carpets needed some serious attention.
