My experience there is always been fantastic. Dr. Drought is the absolute best. But when I visited for my appointment , he was not there and I saw two different other doctors. Trying to get the proper contacts for my eyes, and things are not working out Very well. Obe Doctor tells me to go see the specialist in mentor. Second Doctor tells me to wait and see if my vision clears up. Right Now , I don't know what to do because my right eye is getting worse.
I've been a patient many years and have always been treated with courtesy and respect.
By far the best I exam appointment I've ever had. Excellent staff and great doctor. Works with my insurance very well
