We went to them looking for a car for our son. It was a little longer wait than we expected for some of the admin paperwork but it was a Saturday and Natalie worked tirelessly to keep the bank communicating to get the deal done. There were some minor issues with the car we pointed out to Doug before we purchased and he assured us he would take care of them.
