We were celebrating my daughters birthday at Boerne Lake yesterday and my son got hit in the mouth with a rock above his lip. So I googled the closest urgent care and My Urgent Care popped up. I call to make sure they took BCBS and if they could see my son. She right away told me yes, bring him in and we'll be more than glad to see him. We got here at 7:30 PM and no one is even here. So much for 8 am to 8PM! Drove out here for nothing!
The website says 24/7. I just waisted valuable time driving to Boerne to get help for my son. Thanks a lot. I even called about 30 min prior to driving here and they never mentioned that they closed at 8pm. Website needs to be changed, search google and it says 24/7!!!
My one year old had to have stitches in his chin and we could not have received better care. The staff was amazing and I highly recommend them!
