Dr. Stephanie was super friendly and thorough. she felt much more like a primary care doctor than a one-time urgent care doctor. super friendly staff!! I hope not to go to the doctor a lot but when my primary is closed, I'll be here.

After several days of dealing with a bought with bronchitis that seemed to worsen by the day, and unable to get in to see my Primary Care I stopped by yesterday. It was to the point of driving me nuts with non productive coughing fits, and my coworkers were going to end up putting me down:-) Immediately greeted walking in. Filing a complaint with Aetna, it states online that My Urgent Care Clinic is within our network but we were charged the full $160. Not our expected $20. Copay, the excuse was your office had not completed your paper work! We only came to your clinic as it was online you accepted our insurance!
