Movers stole our passports (including my children's) and our credit cards. Currently have a police investigation for fraudulent use of cards and getting video footage from gas stations . Owner of of company, David Crislip, refuses to assist or take any action against the guys. Basically wiped his hands clean of it saying we can't prove it was them. We had an excellent experience with My Town Movers! We purchased a Groupon for $89 for two hours (an amazing deal!!) and even though, as others have mentioned, there is a flat travel charge, we still saved a ton of money over all other moving quotes that we received. They were prompt and on time; the movers were friendly and efficient and they made it a huge priority to stick with the time that I wanted (they were right at the three hours I asked for!)
