I had My Termite give me an over the phone estimate for fumigating my home, took no more than 5 min. I agreed for them to come and do an inspection to confirm of the types of termites my house had. They then emailed me information about the different types of inspections they offered and the breakdown on what happens during a fumigation. Highly recommend. What an exceptional business, did not know a termite place could rewrite my definition of customer service, and the people that put up the tent and etc were very professional, courteous, competent, doing a great job start to finish.
