You spend a few hundred dollars just to remove the dust, while all the stains are still there. customers to solve problems, not presenting a false image of perfect after-sales support here. I’m leaving this message because I waited for two days without receiving any reply. Thank you for your long response, but it’s no longer needed.

Mike was amazing. Not only did he go a great job, but he is so personable. My carpets look amazing, like brand new. I am very happy and will definitely call him in the future.

I asked some neighbors to recommend a carpet cleaner. They raved over Mike so I gave him a call. Mike came out a few days later and did a very thorough job cleaning. After carpets dried, some pet urine stains (from previous owner) slightly returned. Mike came back the following day and re-treated the stains with an Organic Urine Stain remover and stains practically disappeared. I will definitely recommend Mike to all my friends and family.
