She charged $510 to look at my teeth. They did clean them. Later that day I realized my permanent retainer was no longer attached to 2 of my teeth. I called many times to make a follow up appointment. Often it would just ring and ring, other times I would listen to to a long message so I could leave a message then the machine would tell me it was full. She also told me I needed much dental work. Yet I have not heard from her.
Tracy and Dr. Lori Conrad were wonderful! They were quick, professional, and made me feel comfortable. I will definitely be returning and I highly recommend their office! 10 out 10 :)
Fabulous! I used to go to a dentist office literally next to my condo. My dental hygienist there, Tracy, was wonderful. A year ago when I went for my cleaning, it had gone corporate and she was gone. I tracked her down here and drove 30 minutes for a cleaning, she's that good. While there I discovered that Dr. Conrad was equally wonderful. She is an absolute perfectionist and settles for nothing less, time is not a factor. I continue driving the 30 minutes for all cleanings and procedures and it's worth every extra minute.
