Staff was very nice and friendly, dental assistant was very good and patient with me and my gag reflex. She did and excellent job had no issue with any bleeding. Which I have had on other occasions. They are very good with explaining things and that I need to contact my primary doctor to get a letter sent to them, in regards to my insurance.
Cannot comprehend how this place has a 4.5 on google. I worked in the dental field for years and know a chop shop when I see one. My first visit as a new patient was rough. The hygienist was rough with her tools and kept hitting my lips/teeth. It got to a point where i was going to ask her if she had a personal problem w me bc she wasn’t even TRYING to be gentle or at least just not aggressive. Just posting here because I’m a little confused and I don’t think the office understood what I needed. I was scheduled for 2 appointments to have scans done for my crown, one on 6/18 and another on 7/16. I then received a call on 7/23 asking if I could come in on 7/24 because “the crown came in.” I agreed to the appointment but then when I got there was told that the dentist “had an emergency and had to leave and I’d be getting a call the following week to reschedule.” I never received a follow up call last week. Today is August 3rd 2026, I was told on the phone price is $150 for uninsured but online says $85? Update your website, don’t make it seem like Im just seeing things. When you search up location on google maps scroll left, click on website, it takes you here. They made it seem like Im on the wrong website but clearly Im not. Would’ve kept my appointment if they would have apologized for not updating website not make it seem like Im lying
