After my first visit, which was not very positive due to the dental hygienist, the office manager, Olga, called me to profusely apologize and invited me to return, as the dentist himself wanted to perform the cleaning instead. I decided to give them a second chance. When I went back, Olga called me into her office and apologized again. I visited My Smile Center for the first time yesterday, and I would not return. The receptionist at the front desk was very nice, friendly, and helpful. He also had a good memory. The dentist was also nice and seemed to be good, but the dental hygienist was awful. She didn’t take a good scan of my teeth the first time, and the cleaning felt rushed.
