I love this pharmacy much more than any drugstore chain I’ve used in the past- I have never run into issues with prescriptions out of stock. The staff are very nice and helpful when I’ve had any insurance or authorization concerns. My only recommendation: if you do not need prescriptions mailed and can do pick up, it is much faster to call directly rather than use the Nimble app for refills.
Unfortunately I have been going there for over a year and every single time something is wrong. This morning Christmas eve. I got a call from a tech. She asked if she wanted me to process my prescription I said yes. So she asked if she could change the card on file. I did no I would pay with my hsa when I got there a different card. She hung up the phone and charged the card without my permission to my account. It declined because it was the wrong one, which I already explained. She did not care. Absolutely NO complaints! They ALL go above and beyond to get your meds to you and in a timely manner, very nice and friendly! I wouldn’t go anywhere else
