Melissa was WONDERFUL!!! I had a very positive experience with Melissa, Dr. Lee explaining my current dental situation, Paula regarding insurance, and Haley when I had to change my upcoming appointment time. Great team, great care. Thank you!
There were no surprises and the entire staff treated me as if I had been a regular patient for years. I would definitely recommend this office for anyone looking for a new dentist.
The staff and surroundings were great! I'm new to the area and this is the first time I've gone to a new dentist in over 25 years. My hygienist, Amanda and Dr Lee were wonderful. I felt completely at ease.
If a hygienist is running beyond a patients appointment time, please inform their next waiting patient.
I really appreciate the friendly reception and care I have received at Rivertown Dental. The procedures and finances were explained clearly, and I believe my teeth are in better condition than they have been for a long time.
A person in billing set down with me to explain my dental needs along with cost. With this information a plan was made with my dental goals in mind.
The staff is excellent and were able to explain the procedures that were being done. They were very efficient, courteous, and pleasant to talk to.
