I was in the office to complete the treatment for a new crown. From start to finish the care I receive from Dr. Lee and her staff is first class. I recently moved out of the area but feel so positive about the treatment I receive I drive that extra couple of miles to their office.
Everybody was really friendly
Everyone was very nice. Very laid back atmosphere and great personalities. Everything explained in detail including the financials. Great experience.
I believe her name was Stephanie. She really took time with cleaning my teeth and we had conversations that weren't just about the weather. She seemed to have an interest in my life. Ashley Lee was also very easygoing yet professional. She walked right up and looked at my X-rays and then my teeth and before she left she made sure I understood everything we discussed and the future plans. All the Staff treated me with respect and made me feel comfortable. Everything was explained in detail and everyone made sure I was in no pain during the procedure. From the front desk to the Doctor, everyone was a joy to be around and made sure I understood what was going to take place. It was a great visit and actually made me want to come back! Great facility and great staff. No surprise on the procedure or the options and cost.
The Rivertown Dental Center continues to upgrade and improve their services beyond my expectation. Very pleased with Rivertown from the greeting from the receptionist to the staff that attend to my dental needs.
Everyone is nice, the first dentist I've been to that I haven't been all that nervous. Dr. Lee and Staff give excellent care and take the time to get to know their patients.
The staff is very friendly and courteous. The service is excellent, on time, and informational.
Never a wait, always greeted and always answer your questions.
