I recently used this site for rental history. All this is is a credit report which I already had. This has nothing to do with Rental history. Also something happened and im unable to return to the report.complete scam!!

Very misleading information on website, worst customer service! I spent 17 minutes with a man on the phone reviewing word by word what is advertise on the website and what is actually on the " rental history report". This report does not provide any type of rental information from previous rented properties unless it reported through transunion. A normal credit report overview is equal to this report. I got denied to rent an apartment due to a incorrect rental report by another company, so I wanted another one to compare. What is advertised is not what you get. You do not get a rental history report, you get a credit and criminal history report. If I just wanted a list of previous addresses, I could have typed them up on the computer myself for free. Absolute waste of money and time.

On top of all of all of this I had issues with even retrieving the report. I contacted customer service and was given a generic answer of "We can't give you a refund due to the costs that we have incurred already" Seriously??
