They are a scam operation. Unreachable by prospective tenants, yet forced to use software that doesn’t work. Trying to get a place and this awful company is getting in the way.

They have you fill out an application for your credit report and charge you fees for nothing if you don't use them! don't do it!
I love this service :) I use this for my potential tenants and its inexpensive and easy to use. Thank you for your business and all you do to keep landlords safe :)
Didn't give me anything that my free credit report doesn't show! Glad I put this in a credit card so I can get a refund!
Paid $30 for a report of an eviction that was 10 years old and should have been removed 3 years ago.
I love these reports! They are very thorough and they are wonderful! I can learn a lot about a potential tenant and they can pull the reports saving me money!
BEWARE My Rental History is FAKE, SCAM WEBSITE!!! PLEASE READ WHY: 3 days ago, on Saturday Jan. 29th I signed up for a report from My Rental History. Once I submitted the request the page changed. Immediately my Fidelity CC was charged $29.95 and a text confirming payment received at 11:03 PM appeared on my phone. But, no report never appeared on screen, no email received to email address. I paid twice and both reports were inaccurate. I had an official report obtained through tenantdata once the property ran my info through experian rent bureau. Do not purchase. I just wanted to know where I stood prior to applying for a property. I've attempted to request a refund for both fees twice and was hung up on. Horrible.

I feel that rental history reports is a giant scam! They took a hundred and seventy dollars from me and my family! When we had a problem with their online application it took us hrs to talk to a human being and when we finally got thru they treated us like crap And then denied us because they said our credit scores were not high enough. I'm totally dissatisfied and discusted. They should be ashamed of themselves! My sister is also disabled and they took her money!
