The website is completely FAKE. I know I for sure have an eviction on my record and I wanted to find a report to get a visual of my rental history and to also check the status of the eviction. I paid the $29.95 and the report gave me nothing. I would like to request a refund as the service did not provide accuracy. This business should not continue with their service when they can obvious see that it's not providing the customer with what they are paying for.
A total scam, from beginning to end. Shows you basically nothing you can't find elsewhere. Plus, the website either has some terrible technical glitches or isn't really supposed to be functional at all. All they want you to do is provide them with info so they can charge you, then you get NOTHING. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM!
I signed up for a copy of my rental history to only be shown a list of addresses and a credit report. I am asking for a full refund and the service I thought they were going to provide is a complete sham. I really want to see what rental companies see when they run my information. Please stop false adverting and giving people false hope. Feeling bamboozled!

This is a scam not one accurate thing on this report in regards to a rental history report. I recently did an application for an apartment and was turned away due to the fact I believed this false report. now I‘m made out as a liar it’s already hard to find apartments and costly i would like a full refund I have sent emails out with no response I repeat do not use this website it only gives a depleted credit report and false rental history report.

No Stars! So I ran the report thinking I would get an accurate information. Wrong! They stated that I was all GREEN. I know I have a background via the Texas DPS office. However, when I called to ask for a refund for the 29.95, they stated that according to Texas Law they 7 years references that apartments can not hold you accountable. In your case, the response our customer service team provided was absolutely accurate. Not at all what I expected I would be getting. I thought I'd see actual rental history and a score or rating based on that past rental history. What I got was a list of addresses and told I'm not a wanted person, not a criminal, not on a sex offender list, etc (all of which I already knew.) The rest was my credit report which I already have but can obtain a free copy if needed. I am irritated that this site not what it seemed to be even after looking at the provided screenshots

My follow up review - Customer Service refunded me right away so they do Care about their Customers....thats a Real plus to me when dealing with Companies!
Negative for now....subject to change once customer service contacts me. I used this service twice in 3 months just to check if its actually accurate- Unhappy camper until i get my last money credited back..... will follow up
