Derek, was super helpful. I had to step out and he made my wife feel comfortable with asking questions and provided her great advice.
Derek did a great job on an outside faucet replacement under warranty.
Jesse was awesome! On time, professional, can do attitude. I would give 6 stars if I could. Increase hot water to faucet , west Knoxville.
