Jamie was and is a true professional and knows the business. Straight forward evaluation, believes in customer service, and addresses the problem. When he arrived at my home to check my shower leaking in his crisp white shirt, he was on the concrete looking for the problem. He wasn't concerned that his shirt, hair, etc. was getting dirty or wet! He was there to assess the problem which he did! We need more committed professional plumbers like Jamie. You go!!! Thank you!
