Jimmy did a great job getting the Halo water filter system installed. He worked steadily for several hours and did the job right in my humble opinion. Very friendly and professional and willing to tell us about the system in addition to what Anthony had already told us.
During the coldest time of the year, when the temperature was in single digits, I had a minor gas leak, causing our heat to be turned off. Anthony with My Professional Plumber came out within an hour of my call. He quickly identified the leak, sealed it, and called KUB to turn the gas back on. Unfortunately, KUB wasn't able to make it out due to some differences of opinion in pressure testing tools.
