Bart Tipton and his team are absolutely wonderful! We moved out of state and left everything in Bart's hands. He listed our house, organized multiple open houses, kept us informed, provided us with sound advice, helped us sell our house; and when repairs were requested by the buyer, he arranged for the repairs to be done. Bart is honest, kind, prompt to reply to messages, and hard working. We never had to worry about a thing. He and his team are THE BEST!!!
