DO NOT STAY HERE. FILTHY AND DISGUSTING. THEY DO NOT TELL YOU THAT HOUSE KEEPING ONLY COMES EVERY 4 DAYS, AMD THAT INCLUDES CLEANING THE LOBBY STAIRS AND MAIN PARTS OF HOTEL. THERE WAS DOG FECES ON THE STAIRS FOR THE 4 DAYS WE STAYED, IN SPITE OF US BRINGING IT TO THE ATTENTION OF STAFF BECAUSE THEY DONT HAVE HOUSE KEEPING UNTIL THE 4TH DAY. Absolutely Disappointed – Would Not Recommend I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but our experience at this hotel was so frustrating that I felt it needed to be shared. This hotel is disgusting & if you are not planning on living here I would not stay here. First, the outlet in our bathroom didn’t work at all during our stay, which made basic things like using a hairdryer or electric toothbrush impossible. Me and my husband went to council bluffs for a small trip away from home. He had booked to stay here I have never been to a my place hotel. I got to say I 100% recommend this hotel! As soon as we walked in I felt comfortable. The staff were absolutely wonderful so nice and helpful. Our room was so cleaned and the beds were extremely comfortable. They even have an indoor pool, it’s such a nice size for just a quick swim or especially if you have kids such a nice room for them to play in. I 100% recommend!
