He arrived in a 1998 Chevy Van Plate#ZHT6134 registered to Michael Ruth of 4625 Ditman St Phila, PA with insurance papers (Integon Gen Ins Corp) for MY Philly Heating . We signed contract & he took a deposit. After taking $1000 he cashed the check immediately, DID NO WORK and disappeared. Ed Smith committed fraud, theft & criminal conspiracy.
