Don't help my mom out
This office does not help elderly people out. Their office staff refuses to file all claims with insurance and then tries to make the elderly people pay! So disappointing and unprofessional. Good luck if this office remembers what treatment you had in prior visits too.
Rude, to me Billing is slow. They do not return my phone calls, or try to help in any way. When Shannon did answer the phone, she hung up on me.
