I enjoyed the overall experience. The food was good and our table mates were fun and interesting. The prime was very rare. I’d definitely try another entree next time, but the cheesecake will be making an encore appearance.
We did the lunch trip. Food was excellent, big portions, apple dumpling..yummm! & service was great. I'm sure the dinner trip would be very nice. We had a group of 5 so the seating was not set up to seat our whole group.
Experience was nice. The negative was had to deal with some twenty year olds that were a little drunk and rowdy. They didn't seem to care others were there to enjoy a nice quite/relaxing evening. They even intrupted the murder mystery performance. The staff did their best to control the issue. There was also a little issue with 2 of the boys which cause an extra stop on ride. The food and atmosphere was good. Our waitress was wonderful. I'd definitely recommend that you experience it at least once.
Excellent meal and wonderful train ride. well worth the time and money. Customer service was out of this world. They went above and beyond. We will be back !!!
My friends and I had lunch on this beautiful train. The food was excellent and so was the service. I would and will do this again. Bardstown is a beautiful town with fun unique shops. We had a fabulous day

So wonderful, good food, the people that worked on the train were great, friendly, and so nice.
Dottie was an excellent server. Portion size on all of the meals was huge and everything was delicious. LOTS of drink options from the bar. Great afternoon excursion if you're looking for something to do or to entertain out of town guests.
