We drove 4 hours to find out the Bourbon car was cancelled. No notice on their website nor were we notified by email. Poor experience and would not recommend. Poorly handled & would suggest you spend the $500 elsewhere!

What a great trip! The tables are so lovely and the food is fantastic. We had a great server who went out of her way to accommodate any request we had. This was a belated Mother's Day present for my mom. It was the first time she had been on the dinner train and she loved it!!

A great experience but the waiters and waitresses who gave up their Mothers’Day might have gone vastly under appreciated. They are terrific but must depend on tips for income I am told, and the overwhelming majority of patrons DID NOT TIP! That’s a shame. The ticket prices are high but I imagine a tiny portion goes to the servers. Railroad maintenance is expensive and if we want to keep enjoying the experience revenue from tickets must go there. God help and bless the servers.
