VERY rude employees. Unsure who I just spoke to, but the young lady with the heavy accent is extremely rude and needs to learn customer service skills.

The company provides an extremely poor product and service. The product was not as advertised and not worth the 114.00 dollars for the tiny arrangement compared to the website photo. Incredibly the vendor did not apologize when I said she delivered another customer’s message of bereavement to my family member on his birthday. Finally when I explained my upset on the phone she said stop wasting my time and hung up on me. This is not a reputable company. The owner was extremely aggressive when challenged.
