I have been impressed with My Management Co, Inc and the repairs they’ve made to my apartment complex. We had gone through various property managers over the years and so much had been neglected. This group has actively taken on requests of the tenants, improved our landscaping and the building’s exterior, and their staff is communicative and efficient and friendly.

I am Sadig Gurbanov I live in 1038 N. Sierra Bonita Ave., Apt. 8 since 12/01/2024. (Only 5 days) After I paid,I called/texted them several times to ask something. I had a parking spot,but I didnt know which one.I tried to connect them and figure out which parking spot is mine.I found it finally after 2 days The lights were not working at Apartment,then the electricians fixed it Also Malu told me on call,she is gonna request someone to fix the mailbox,because it is unlocked,there is not any number on it and we dont have keys.... read more
