UPDATE 2: Well actually, now they're back to ignoring my emails, so they lose a star. UPDATE: I didn't think I'd be coming back to this, but in the last few months they've honestly really stepped it up. My maintenance requests are being addressed really quickly and without much fuss. Best management company I’ve ever dealt with. They always responded so quickly to any and all issues we had with our apartment. Move in and move out process was so easy. Michelle and Steve were great to work with
Tried viewing a space. Scheduled David. Wasted my time -a total of f 2 hrs I’ll never get back. 1) I wasn’t notified that it would be a self guided tour until I arrived at the property. 2) I was notified that the listed unit/apartment was already rented out. 3) David shared an expired access code (screenshot also didn’t match the date and time I was meant to view). David, I’m upset that I didn’t get to see the space but I’m furious that you’ve wasted my time. This is a total red flag.
EDITED: Steve was very helpful whenever I needed him! I had no issues in my unit. I loved living there. It’s Michelle who I had issues with.so that’s why I had to change to two stars. Sorry Steve. Thank you again!
