Back and neck pain and stiffness feel much better
I got into an accident about two months ago and even though my accident was very minor my back, neck, and head became a big issue for me. I had sharp pains in my back that would prevent me from sitting down for a long period of time or holding heavy items. I felt a very sharp pain in my neck and it felt very tight I couldn't move it as fast or as much.
