My experience at My Life has been great!! Being 24 years old I though I was "healthy" and that my lower back pain was just a small issue. I was a little hesitant to start therapies but I decided to take action when the pain would interfere with exercising and yoga practice. I can honestly say I felt so much better after a couple of weeks. Thanks to the therapies, lower back pain has reduced consequently reducing my headaches.
