I can't say enough about the therapists and receptionist at the Green Valley location. They are all so nice and you can tell they really care about the children. The scheduling department was also very nice and did a great job getting us appointments that work with our family's schedule. They got my son scheduled for speech therapy right away and we can already see improvement. We are very happy our pediatrician referred us here.
I want to start with we had our child here for over three years. Portia was her occupational therapist and she was absolutely exceptional in every way. We were so lucky to find her. However I would suggest finding a company who's policies and admin department are more friendly and understanding to the struggles of families with autistic kids. We have been in a family emergency and they have been rude as heck throughout the whole week and they canceled our whole schedule. Not recommended.
You will fill out an entire massive packet and then never get a call back. I have tried over and over to call and ask if anyone will please schedule an evaluation, and nobody ever returns my call. I have insurance. I have all they need. They refuse to do their jobs. Such a shame, I wasted over 6 weeks waiting.
Horrid scheduling practices, no answers as to why, and no appointments ever. The schedulers have access to ONE week of scheduling at a time.
