Really like the owners, and really wanted this to become our new jeweler having recently moved to the Verde Valley. I want to shop local, and not chain stores. However, after getting charged a 20% "restocking fee" when we wanted to return a piece of jewelry my husband had bought me for Christmas, we won't be shopping here any more.

Lisa is such a gem! I have been coming to her for years for whatever - weather I want to spoil myself or send my boyfriend to spoil me! Their prices are hard to beat and the selection of jewelry in the Cottonwood Sedona area is bar far better then some of the stores in Scottsdale! the best thing is how they treat you when you come in and i still don't understand why some people choose to support giant retailers such as Costo Zales ect when you can support your own community for a better product in the end!
