Really nice place to live, great staff!
As my first apartment in college, I’ve loved living here! The staff is incredibly nice and responsive to issues. A/C was broken during move in but got quickly fixed by an outside contractor who called back a few times over the next weeks to make sure it was working properly. Me and my roommate were accommodated for early move in, too! My flight got in late on arrival and Malaysia stayed past well past the office closing so I could get my keys. best complex i’ve ever lived in while being a student in Tuscaloosa!!
This apartment complex has been extremely disappointing and the management is absolutely terrible. The apartment management did not have the keys to our complex working when we moved in, and it took approximately a month to get a working key. We were not informed via any official channel that this was the case & had to take time out of our day to go down to the leasing office to figure out what was wrong. By far the best place to live in Tuscaloosa. I love being able to walk to class and to the strip. The property is beautiful and management is extremely sweet and always willing to help. Hands down the best decision I ever made was to live here.
Keep the Internet service that the residents paid for up and running 24x7. I understand that the apartment complex contracts with a 3rd party company but your 3rd party company is horrible and it is a reflection on the management of the apt complex that they let the problem continue for weeks at a time.
Lived here for 2 years, best place in Tuscaloosa. Management it very chill 👍🏼👍🏼
Hughes Events was the DJ for their pool party, they were great people and treated us awesome!
