Knowledgeable Not only are they knowledgeable and stay on top of the ever-changing mortgage market, they do a great job at building strong relationships with underwriters and other bank personnel.
Persistent and hard-working A family member of mine recommended My Homeowners Advocate after they had been counseled to get their own modification. Working with them, they never promised anything upfront, but designed an agreement that worked for both of us. It didn't happen overnight, but MHA helped make it happen and I now have my trial modification.
Good communication They didn't make any outrageous promises and they explained things as they are. They said they would try their best and told us all the pros & cons so that we were well informed. But they made it work in the end and that's all I could ask for!
