Helpful in my time of need My finances were on a downward spiral after losing my job so paying for my mortgage was becoming increasingly difficult with every minute that passed. Able to reduce payments! Luckily, My Homeowners was able to reduce my monthly payments and I was able to keep my home. If it weren't for them, I don't know where we would be.
Helped us with our loan If it weren't for them, we seriously would have lost our home. They helped us to get our loan modified so that we could find a monthly price that we could afford. They were successful and we've now got our finances under control.
Persistent and hard-working A family member of mine recommended My Homeowners Advocate after they had been counseled to get their own modification. Working with them, they never promised anything upfront, but designed an agreement that worked for both of us. It didn't happen overnight, but MHA helped make it happen and I now have my trial modification.

Dedicated to helping you! Homeowners Advocate really try hard to work things out in your favor. They helped us with our payments for our mortgage on two of our homes and were able to create a plan for us.

Good communication They didn't make any outrageous promises and they explained things as they are. They said they would try their best and told us all the pros & cons so that we were well informed. But they made it work in the end and that's all I could ask for!
