RecommendedI won a free month at the studio and loved every minute of it! In just 4 weeks I feel much more fit and toned and I’ve had so much fun with the trampoline and bungee and Zumba classes. I love my Health Studio and Esta, the owner, is a wonderful and a very energetic teacher. The group classes are small and the exercises focus on the entire body.
